Coastal-inspired design, overcoming a challenging site with considered solutions.
Coastal retreats, designed for a challenging site
The site presented real challenges — a dual slope running both front-to-back and side-to-side, with surrounding homes close by. Studio 72 brought a plunge pool into the central courtyard of each home, creating privacy and amenity where the site made it hard-won.
The design embraces a relaxed coastal style that harmonises with its surroundings, with each stage developed and tested through detailed 3D models and visuals before construction.
