Studio 72 Design provides custom residential design, planning-approval coordination and builder-engagement services. It does not provide development, project-management or investment services. Those services are provided separately by our sister studio, Studio 72 Developments. 3. Design revisions and build pricing

We offer unlimited design revisions, within reason, and work with you to refine the design until you are satisfied with both the design and the build estimate. "Within reason" means genuine, good-faith design refinement within an agreed scope. It does not extend to prolonged indecision, an absence of decisions, or repeated wholesale redesigns, which may fall outside the agreed scope and engagement. Build pricing and construction costs are determined by independent third-party builders and contractors; Studio 72 does not set, control or guarantee build pricing, and any estimate is indicative only and subject to change.

4. Imagery and project depictions

Some images on this website are design renders, inspiration imagery, or indicative only, and may not depict actual completed Studio 72 homes. Project names, locations and details are provided for general illustration of our work and may be subject to change. Approvals, designs and outcomes depend on site, planning and client-specific factors and are not guaranteed.
