Bogong
Mount Beauty · VIC
A mountain retreat beneath the Bogong High Plains — timber, stone and glass, framed by the Alpine ranges.
Timber, stone and glass in the high country
Set at the foot of the ranges at Mount Beauty, Bogong pairs gabled forms in weathered timber with a stacked stone chimney and full-height glazing that opens the living spaces to the mountains. A glass-fronted hangar sits alongside the home, so the plane is on show as part of the arrival.
